· • Performs Administrative duties for the human resources and regional Sales Manager.
• Schedules and coordinates business meetings, both internally and externally.
• Manages and maintains schedules.
• Makes travel, accommodations and entertainment arrangements and prepares Itineraries for company events.
• Prepares agendas and makes arrangements, such as ordering & coordinating catering for luncheons, for various events.
• Assist with coordination of employee events and meetings.
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare various reports for review.
• Coordinates the collection and preparation of operating and management reports.
• Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
• Conducts various functions to support the Sales organization.
• Compiles, stores, maintains and retrieves management data using computer.
• Answers phone calls, directs calls and/or messages to appropriate parties.
• Assists with office supply ordering, business card orders, issuing badges, employee locker management.
• Coordination of employee orientation and scheduling of interviews.
• General upkeep and cleanliness of the reception area, conference rooms and canteen.
• Other duties as assigned.
